Sale Activity
In the second quarter, 34 retail transactions closed with a total sales volume of $82,115,916. The 34 buildings totaled 354,615 square feet and the average price per square foot equated to $240.48 per square foot.

One of the largest transactions (excluding the resort corridor and specialty properties) that occurred within the Las Vegas market is the sale of 8930 South Westwind Road. This 3,588 square foot gas station sold for $7,000,000 or $1,950.95 per square foot. The property was sold on 6/12/2024. The Seller was LV Petroluem.
