Vegas Inc. held their Inaugural Real Estate Awards at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. The local publication wanted to acknowledge and celebrate the many roles found within the real estate industry. MDL Group took home three (3) Industry Leader Awards!
President, Principal, and Broker, Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM, was awarded the Industry Leader – Real Estate Broker title for his impeccable ability to motivate those around him, adapting to the evolving industry intelligently and innovatively, and his countless contributions to community organizations both in and outside of the commercial real estate industry. Hayim received this accolade with four (4) other commercial real estate brokers.
Director of Property Management Services, Robert Perkins, CPM, received the Industry Leader – Property Manager honor for his extensive knowledge of property management, contributions to the industry, and leadership displayed throughout the company. Robert shared this honor with eight (8) other talented property managers.
Senior Advisor Dave Bauman, CCIM, earned the Industry Leader – Real Estate Agent award for showcasing a significant increase in sales volume from the previous year. His unyielding effort and determination to his clients was a huge factor. His role with assisting new businesses from neighboring states expand within Las Vegas also helped him stand out. Dave received this title along with two (2) other commercial real estate agents.
