When confronted with hiring a management company out of the market, we received a recommendation from a local Las Vegas broker. When we first made contact and explained our situation, your company was more than willing to help us immediately due to time sensitive issues we faced. The property manager was initially invaluable in prompt recommendation of several companies to handle all of our maintenance needs. As the relationship continued, the property manager was very responsive, available for physical site inspections and meetings at our request, and upon knowledge of the sale of the property, continued excellent service even though they knew the relationship would be ending.
