MDL Group was co-founded by Carol Cline-Ong and Curt Anderson from a predecessor development company, Development by 5 (DB5) - which developed approximately 1,000,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial product in the Las Vegas market. In 2013 Carol and Curt welcomed Hayim Mizrachi and Jarrad Katz as principals to MDL Group.
With deep roots and an eye for the future MDL Group continues to grow as a recognized market leader in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management in Southern Nevada.

MDL Group started in 1989 after a conversation between co-founders Curt Anderson and Carol Cline-Ong. They had worked together at a predecessor development company. Curt asked Carol if she wanted to start a new company as 50/50 partners building from the nucleus of the previous company. Carol prayed about it over the weekend and decided "why not?!"

Curt Anderson is one of 5 principals in a development company DB5. Carol Cline-Ong was hired as the property manager. DB5 built 450,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial product in Las Vegas, NV.
MDL Group began its journey as a third-party full-service property management company and brokerage firm. The company started with six staff members.
MDL Group and Fair Anderson Langerman built an 18,962 square foot 3-story office building that was home for MDL Group for 16 years.
