Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM is CEO | Principal | Broker of MDL Group, where he leads the strategic direction of the company, works with the leadership team to oversee operations across all divisions, and ensures the delivery of exceptional property management and brokerage services.
MDL Group is a leading commercial real estate services provider in Southern Nevada. The company was founded in 1989 and provides services including commercial property management, brokerage sales and leasing for companies and investors. It is located in Las Vegas, Nevada, has over 50 employees, and is a member of CORFAC International.
Hayim is a proud Las Vegas Native and graduate from UNLV. He has been practicing commercial real estate since graduating university and obtained his CCIM designation early in his career.
Prior to MDL Group Hayim served as a Managing Director of NAI Global Las Vegas (a top 5 commercial real estate company in the world at the time), where he oversaw over 200 unique transactions valued in excess of $90 million annually. Under his direction the company grew from 10 agents to 18 and fee revenue increased 29%.
An experienced leader, Hayim has served as President of several prominent organizations including Commercial Marketing Group (CMG), Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV), NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter and CORFAC International.
Hayim was nationally recognized as NAIOP President of the Year and in that same year, NAIOP Southern Nevada was also awarded National Chapter of the Year.
He is a graduate of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute (DLI) and altMBA, a leadership workshop founded by Seth Godin. In 2022, he co-created and launched the Developing Organizational Leadership Institute (DOLI) for NAIOP Southern Nevada. In 2024, DOLI received national recognition with a Chapter Merit Award for Best Education Program.
Outside of work, Hayim is involved in many aspects of the Las Vegas Jewish community including volunteer work with The Jewish Federation and Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. He is very proud of his award-winning blog and podcast Takeaways, where he shares his Takeaways from events that he attends throughout the year and people who have influenced him throughout his life.
